Step 1: If you are on Digicel's network, click 'Connect with your Digicel ID' to log in automatically.
Step 2. Select the menu in the top left corner.
Step 3. Click on "Live Chat".
Step 4. Fill in the required fields; name, e-mail, mobile number and select a product/service for which you want to start the chat.
Step 5. Click on "Start Chat".
Step 6. You are now able to chat with a customer care agent for Digicel related issues. Type your message and click on "Send". After you completely finished the chat, click at the top right on "End Chat" in order to leave the chat room.
Step 7. After you left the chat room, you will be asked to rate the chat. Select, based on the chat, the most suitable rating. Then click on "Add".
