Check the following when you do not see your credit after top up:
Step 1. Did you borrowed credit?
After a top up the credit is deducted for “top up advance”. Click here to check if you have an advance on your number.
Step 2. Did you topped up electronically and received a receipt with the voucher number on it? It is possible that the credit is added on a wrong number. Therefore it is important that the re-seller print out the receipt immediately for you after payment. Contact us if you cannot top up.
Step 3. Did you activated internet without a plan?
Contact us for assistance. If you have activated internet without a plan then the system will reserve your credit for data usage.
To cancel this service follow these instructions: dial *100#SEND – Select Manage Account – Select internet with a dataplan - Select confirm
Step 4. Is the dataconnection turned on?
If the data connection is turned on then the applications will be running constantly. This can consume lots of data. To manage your background applications click here.
Step 5. Provide the correct number for electronic top up
Check you phone number via the My Digicel App or with *129#SEND
