The APN is the port by which your phone makes wireless contact with the internet (just like you were using a pc). If your mobile data is not working, check the APN-settings or the data settings on your phone.
Please see below the APN-settings which common mobile phones have:
- Go to Settings - More / More networks - Access Point Names
- Select Add
- Type 'web.digicelsr.com' in the APN-part. You don't need to fill in the username and the password. When you are finished with the information, select More - Save.
- Select the newly inserted access point name and restart your phone.
There is a variety of phones which have their own options for the settings. You may choose one of the options for your phone.
